INNOVATIVE APPROACH

Let’s work together! I work arduously to create robots in my spare time. Here is my remotely operated excavator robotic arm in action scooping puffed wheat and feeding the dog.

Building on Designs

Before my robotic arm was an excavator, it was a picker with fine motor control. Here is my robot picking flowers and giving high fives.

Squirrel Picnic Table

Even rodents enjoy my designs. Here is a picnic table that I built for the neighbourhood critters including a refillable peanut butter dispenser.

designed for accessibility

Here is the same picnic table viewed open for business from my grandfather’s apartment. It is placed for easy viewing and easy reach of the openable window for refilling.

The NExt Robot STORY

Here is my next project in it’s infancy. It’s a Robotic Operating System (ROS) car. Stay tuned for new developments as I add to it.

mechanical vision

Solving mechanical problems comes second nature to me. I have learned hands-on and can quickly reiterate designs in my workshop.

Electrical design

My mechanical expertise is equally matched with my circuit designs. I may have fried a raspberry pi to get here, but if you don’t try, you don’t learn, right?

programming

C++, ROS, Phython, and Matlab are just some to the tools that I use to create and implement my projects.

Innovation

I think out of the box and I am not limited by previous solutions. I have the patent applications to prove it.

PROJECT COMPLETION

I see a project to its end. That means that I put the time and effort in required to solve the problem at hand and keep trying different solutions until it’s solved.

SAfety first

I consider safety aspects in all of my designs and redesign as necessary.
